The way I tend to feel and look so great, in sub par conditions, is probably by my daily exercise routine of biking and hiking, when I am away. Nothing looks better than a good endorphin rush to the brain, which puts a great big smile on my face and the natural look of my rosy cheeks. I also ensure to drink plenty of water, as it will keep my body regular, which often becomes a problem when in foreign places. It’s not me, it’s my sphincter!!! I also tend to do a lot of nature watching and walking. I really try to “figure it out” when I am with nature. How did all this beauty come to be? Most times I don’t figure anything out but it still leaves me in awe and wonder.
There is nothing like the beauty of being surrounded by such a lush and rich environment, the serenity and peacefulness of the early morning chirps as I am left on my own to ponder the surrounding world and the giggles
of my kids while digging and exploring. So today, I will put on my lipstick as
I head out the door to make me feel a little more attractive in muddy waters;
for I will never give up the great peaceful mind I get when I am in these less
than glamorous conditions.
Until next time,
Live from the Inside Out,
