this year!!!! How do I possibly find time when all this is going on? How can I work out, keep up with my nutrition and be on a plan to lose all those nasty unwanted fat cells and restore my body back to the full functioning fuel burning system it once was?
Because I am on a super simple nutritional cleanse, I actually don't find the nutrition part difficult at all. It has fit into my busy life amazingly well. Since I am always on the run and literally have
minutes to spare throughout the day, prepping my meals literally takes me 60 seconds flat. Whatever I cook for my family for dinner, I have myself because how ridiculous would it be to tell my family that I love them but show them the opposite by cooking them something different than what I am eating. When I eat meals at home, I like to eat family style, around my kitchen table with the ones
I love. What says, "I love you" more than a heart healthy dinner full of rich density colourful vegetables chalk full of vitamins and minerals, fibre-filling complex carbohydrates, muscle growing protein and flavourful sweetness with the juicy mouth exploding fruits of the season? This tells my family that I want them around for a very long time and I will fight against nature with every inch
of my bones so that I can see them for a very, very, very long time. It tells them that I care enough about their brains, as the foods I serve will help them think in school and help their brains develop strongly and that I care about them having fun, as they get to stay physically mobile and will be able to run and jump and bike and swim throughout their free time in the summer.
This week's results had me jumping off the scale and punching the air in a victorious ROCKY win! I know the scale isn't the only measurement of victory but it is a measurement of weight loss, where the tape measurements are a measure of fat loss. So let's starting jumping summersaults on the trampoline as the fat loss was just as incredible! Six weeks on my program has graded me an A+ with minimal effort and complete commitment. The best part of all is that I am now coaching many others and they are seeing the same results (if not better) than the ones I'm seeing. They are completely committed, take my coaching to heart and are finding wonderful results because of the help I have extended to them.
The results... (because I know you're dying for them) 6 weeks: 20 pounds of fat released and 29 inches!!! I can't be any more excited than I am right now!
