I had decided that since I wasn’t feverish and it seemed like just a simple cold, I would still wake up at 4.45 am to get my sweat on. I wanted to see if the common cold could be cured with just simple exercise, loads of clear water and an abundance of fruits & vegetables.
You’re skeptical, aren’t you? Well as I got my sweat on, I felt great, my energy was sky high, my mood was lifted and it had put a temporary stop to my faucet like drip. As the day progressed, I’m not going to lie, my sneezes continued as did my drip. Miraculously though, my breathing was great! My asthma did not trigger and no one was victim to my rash of never ending coughing fits.
As an added bonus, I woke up this morning feeling re-energized and ready for my self-imposed torturous body pump.
Now of course, I am not suggesting that you go out full of fever and coughing fits or any other ailments to get a complete sweat on, this was MY experiment. Always work to your own limitations and ensure you check with your own health care provider before trekking on any new exercise program J
